Diana Petrova has over 20 years of professional experience in property law and real estate, with a focus on domestic and cross-border transactions and the application of European regulations. Her practice covers real estate due diligence, notarial transactions, mortgage and private lending, transfer of ownership, establishment of security interests and limited real rights, real estate management and investments, as well as inheritance matters with an international element and the drafting of wills.

In recent years, she has actively advised foreign clients and investors on the acquisition, management and realization of real estate in Bulgaria, including holiday and investment properties. Her experience also includes corporate advisory services related to the incorporation and registration of companies for real estate investment purposes.
